​Course Outline: The NSW Recertification Food Safety Supervisor Course is intended for previously accredited NSW FSS Certificate holders whose certification is about to expire and who want to continue being a Food Safety Supervisor in NSW. 
The NSW Recertification Food Safety Supervisor Course allows successful participants to continue working in Food Safety Supervision. 

​Cost: Only $75 this includes Food Authority’s blue & orange certificate!
 
Course time:  The learner will have 1 month to complete the refresher course and will have 24/7 access to our online portal. 
 
Valid: For 5 Years!
 
Topics Covered: The NSW Recertification Food Safety Supervisor Course allows successful participants to continue working in food safety supervision.The course focuses on four key areas, which are:
  • Safe Egg Handling
  • Allergen Management
  • Cleaning and Sanitising
  • NSW Food Act and Offences

The FSS Recertification course includes the Key Focus Areas.

​The key focus areas were developed in response to common high risk food safety issues in the retail and hospitality sectors and include:
  • Allergen Management
  • Cleaning and Sanitising Practices
  • Safe Egg Handling
  • Food Act Offences
 A due to expire previously completed NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or one that expired no more than 90 days ago.
